Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY:

We process and ship all orders within 1–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Skell Entertainment is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please try to ensure that you provide a shipping address that is attended during the day if your mail area is not secure.

 

RETURN POLICY:

Items for return/exchange must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Return/Exchange requests must be made by email to skellent.666@gmail.com.

Any items received that are deemed by our team to be not in original condition, will be rejected and be immediately returned to the customer. Skell Entertainment is unable to issue store credit for rejected returns.
